Shipping policy
Despatch Times
We aim to despatch all items that are in stock within 2 weeks of orders being placed, unless otherwise stated.
For new releases and pre-order items, please allow 6 - 8 weeks for items to be despatched, unless otherwise stated. If we expect fulfilment to take longer than the stated time period, you will be notified.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time. However, delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time.
All products are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given or exchange provided as reasonable.
Shipping Services
All U.K. orders are despatched using either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail 48 service. In some instances, we may send out orders using DHL.
For orders placed for Rest of World, Economy services will be despatched by either Royal Mail International Tracked, Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For, Royal Mail International Signed For or, where selected DHL Express.
Where possible, once your order has been despatched, we will update tracking numbers with you despatch confirmation email. If this is not provided, tracking numbers are available on request.
If ordering multiple items that require shipping separately, we will ship the items using the lowest priced tracked service for your country. If you wish to specify different shipping services, please place poster orders separately from merchandise (pins, coins, t-shirts, small art prints).

Rest of World
- DHL Express - 3 - 5 Working Days
- Economy Tracked (Royal Mail International Tracked) Shipping Options - Up to 30 working days (Please note - Due to the impact of Covid-19, customs clearance for International Tracked and International Tracked and signed services is taking up to 90 working days. We currently suggest choosing DHL Express shipping options to avoid delay. Please do notify us within 30 days from item being shipped if it has not arrived. Failure to report this within 30 working days may result in us being unable to provide a refund or replacement)

- Shipping - This is option is visible when products using different shipping methods are added to the cart. By default we use DHL Express when this option is selected. Returned Items and Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful and packages are returned to sender, we will not refund postage charges in this situation and additional and redelivery costs will apply.
Missing Items and Non Receipt of Goods
Please report missing items and non receipt of goods within -
- DHL Express shipping - 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation
- Economy Tracked / Royal Mail International - 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation via email.
- Royal Mail UK - 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation via email.
Any items reported undelivered or missing after the above time frame may result in us being unable to provide a refund or replacement.
Customs and VAT
Unless otherwise stated, all orders exclude VAT and Customs Fees and all orders are subject to local VAT, customs and import charges. This means that an import costs, such as customs fees or VAT in the destination country, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are shipped from the U.K by Vice Press ltd.
We cannot provide refunds on items returned to us due to non-payment of import costs or refused delivery.
Combined Shipping
If ordering more than one item, we reserve the right to ship separately and additional shipping fees may be required.
On request we may combine shipping on multiple orders, but all request are at our discretion. Timed-editions cannot be combined with any outstanding or newly placed orders. Combined orders will incur a $4 fee due to merchant fees assessed by the payment provider.
